Coins arrived in your wallet but aren’t showing up? Don’t contact support just yet—check a blockchain explorer first. The blockchain is the source of truth.
When this happens, many people immediately think their wallet is broken or their coins are gone.
In most cases, the coins are either still on the way, or you’re looking at the wrong chain or token.
Check in three steps:
1. Find the transaction hash and paste it into the explorer for the relevant chain. For BSC, use BSCScan; for Ethereum, use Etherscan. Make sure you’re checking the right chain.
2. Check the status first: Success means the transaction went through; Pending means it’s still processing; Failed means it didn’t go through, so the coins weren’t sent—you don’t need to send them again.
3. Then check two things: Do the last few characters of the To address match your receiving address? And does Token Transfers show the token transfer? If the coins arrived but aren’t showing in your wallet, the token probably just hasn’t been added to your wallet display. Add it in your wallet and it should show up.
One important warning: When using a blockchain explorer, only paste in a transaction hash or address to look it up. Any page asking for your seed phrase or private key is fake—close it immediately.
Have you ever had coins arrive but not show up in your wallet? What turned out to be the issue?
