【Binance Resumes Withdrawals in Phases, with BTC First: The Real Test Is Just Beginning】

Binance has just resumed customer withdrawals in phases, with BTC first. The platform previously suffered a record-breaking $6.3 billion attack; the FBI confirmed North Korea was linked to the $6 billion-scale incident and called on the DeFi community to block the associated addresses. What the market cares about most isn't the story, but whether money can flow in and out normally.

Prices, however, tell another part of the story: up 0.7% over 24 hours, down 2.9% over 7 days, with the Fear & Greed Index at 34, below the weekly average of 42. My core view is that the short-term outlook is choppy but tilted upward. First, fear persists, yet prices haven't continued to break down, creating a divergence. Second, trading volume is active, with bulls and bears changing hands. Third, there is support near 75757, while 79697 is the breakout threshold; whether volume can keep up is the key.

In practical terms, the orderly resumption of withdrawals will first affect exchange liquidity and the confidence of trading platforms and long-term holders. Does the business logic hold up? In a word: without smooth inflows and outflows, even the grandest narrative is just paper prosperity.

What would prove me wrong: if BTC breaks below 75757 on heavy volume, its 24-hour gains are wiped out, and fear continues to worsen. If it moves above 79697 on heavy volume, I'll have to admit the rebound is stronger. What do you think of this move? Let's come back next week and compare notes.

My view: ↗️ Bullish
