A quick note: a friend asked me how to read the long/short ratio, so I’ll use $ETH as an example:
The overall account long/short ratio is 2.58, meaning 72.1% are long and 27.9% are short.
A ratio above 1 means more traders are long; below 1 means more are short. But the most important thing is this: the more one-sided the ratio, the more cautious you should be about a move in the opposite direction.
