Binance has expanded the gradual resumption of withdrawals following the security incident on 10/29/2026.
According to an update released by the exchange, withdrawals have been reactivated on seven networks:

🔸 Ethereum — ETH, USDT and USDC
🔸 BNB Smart Chain — BNB, USDT and USDC
🔸 XRP Ledger — XRP
🔸 Base — ETH and USDC
🔸 Dogecoin — DOGE
🔸 Optimism — ETH, USDT and USDC
📌 What's new?
XRP, Base, Dogecoin and Optimism join the networks with confirmed resumption, alongside Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain, which were previously reported.
⚠️ The reactivation of these networks does not mean the platform has fully returned to normal. Other networks remain subject to security and stability checks, and processing delays may occur.
