All 15 networks in Binance’s first batch of withdrawals are back online; ZEC, TON, and SUI complete the final batch
- According to Binance’s latest official update (Binance News on Binance Square, published at 17:45 Beijing time on November 1), Binance’s latest update on X added the restoration of ZEC withdrawals on the Zcash network, USDT and GRAM on the TON network, and SUI on the Sui network. This completes the restoration of withdrawals for the designated assets across all 15 networks in the first batch.
- Previously restored networks and assets include: Bitcoin network; Ethereum network (ETH, USDT, USDC); BNB Smart Chain (BNB, USDT, USDC); XRP; Base (ETH, USDC); Dogecoin; Optimism (ETH, USDT, USDC); Arbitrum (ETH, USDT, USDC, ARB); TRON (TRX, USDT); Solana (SOL, USDT, USDC); Polygon (POL, USDT, USDC); and Avalanche C-Chain (AVAX, USDT, USDC).
- Binance says it will continue restoring more assets and networks in phases as security checks progress. Delays may still occur during periods of high initial traffic; failed withdrawals can be retried later. The context is a roughly $6.3 billion theft, of which approximately 95% has been replenished, with the top ten tokens fully covered. A complete proof of reserves is expected to be published before November 3.
- Note: This post corrects the information in our 20:02 post. At the time, based on an earlier official update on X, we counted 12 networks and said ZEC, TON, and SUI had not yet been restored. Please refer to this latest update, published on Binance Square at 17:45: all 15 networks in the first batch are now covered.
My assessment: Near-term outlook for $BNB is neutral, as restoring withdrawals across the entire first batch can ease panic-driven, run-like fears. However, roughly 5% of low-liquidity tokens and some networks have yet to be fully restored, and sentiment recovering does not mean the incident is completely resolved.
