Lookonchain posted on November 1: an address linked to the Binance hacker dumped about 908,000 PROM (worth roughly $5 million on paper) into an almost empty Uniswap V2 pool, getting just 0.0316 ETH back—about $71. The meme checks out, but this trade hit an empty DEX pool, not Binance’s order book.
Binance spot was still trading sideways around 5.5 this morning. After the meme spread, it briefly touched 6.48 in the afternoon, then fell back to around 5.60. Volume followed, but the structure didn’t—this was a spike in attention, not sustained spot buying.
If it breaks below this morning’s range around 5.48, the meme-driven spike is over. For a second leg, first watch whether it can reclaim and hold around 5.90.
