Binance expands withdrawal recovery: restored networks increase from 7 to 12, with Polygon, Avalanche and others newly added
According to an update from Binance’s official X account (as cited by BeInCrypto), Binance has most recently resumed withdrawals on the Polygon network (listed by Binance as MATIC: POL, USDT, USDC) and the Avalanche C-Chain (AVAX, USDT, USDC).
- Expanded coverage: Networks previously restored over the evening also include Solana (SOL, USDT, USDC), Arbitrum (ARB, ETH, USDT, USDC), and TRON (TRX, USDT). Together with the 7 networks confirmed earlier—Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, XRP, Base, Dogecoin, and Optimism—the total number of restored networks has reached 12.
- 3 remaining: Of the initial 15 networks, only ZEC, TON, and SUI have yet to be restored. Security and stability checks still need to be completed, and no unified timeline has been announced.
- User advisory: Binance says that high traffic may initially cause delays or failures, and recommends trying again later. Deposit services have remained operational throughout. Binance previously disclosed that it had replenished approximately $6 billion, covering about 95% of affected assets; its top 10 tokens now have 100% reserve backing, and a full proof of reserves is expected to be published before November 3. BTC is around $77,800.
My view: Neutral in the short term for $BTC . Restoring withdrawal channels in stages is a tangible step toward rebuilding confidence, but restoration does not mean the incident is over. The market is likely to remain cautious until the remaining networks are restored and the full proof of reserves is published.
