Binance resumed withdrawals in phases: BTC was the first to come online (around 06:20 UTC), followed by ETH and $BNB . The first phase covers 15 networks, including $XRP, $SOL , and $DOGE . The exchange says it has covered around 95% of the stolen funds ($6 billion out of $6.3 billion) using SAFU, part of its insurance fund, and corporate funds. There is no fixed schedule for the next phases, and withdrawals are enabled after security checks. BTC is around $77,900, ETH around $2,270, and BNB around $714.
