Withdrawals are back, but buyers aren’t—$BTC around 77,900 on Sunday evening, up about 0.8% in 24 hours; $ETH around 2,268, $BNB around 713.
Binance began restoring withdrawals in batches from 14:00 Beijing time today, starting with 15 networks. Major routes including BTC, ETH, BSC, SOL, and XRP have gradually reopened.
Binance says it has replenished about 95% of the roughly $6.3 billion in stolen assets. The remaining 5% consists of illiquid tokens outside the top 10, which it is still gradually buying on the market and through OTC channels.
The funding picture is less optimistic: U.S. spot BTC ETFs saw net outflows of $643 million on Friday, wiping out all of the roughly $440 million in inflows over the previous four days. Net outflows for the week totaled about $200 million.
ETH ETFs look worse, with net outflows for 5 consecutive trading days totaling about $431 million.
The Fear & Greed Index is at 34, still in the fear zone. The price has stabilized for now, recovering on withdrawals. Next, we’ll see whether ETFs can stop the outflows on Monday, and watch the U.S. nonfarm payrolls report on November 6.
