Binance’s official X account reported at 18:48 on November 1 (UTC+8) that withdrawals had been restored for another batch of assets in phase one: ARB, ETH, USDT, and USDC on the Arbitrum network, and TRX and USDT on the TRON (TRX) network. Odaily and Deep Tide relayed the official statement.

Earlier that evening, the platform had also gradually reopened DOGE on the Dogecoin network, along with ETH, USDT, and USDC on Optimism. In addition to networks already available—including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BSC, XRP, and Base—several more commonly used chains now have withdrawal routes. The company said it would continue reopening more assets and networks in phases as security checks progress; deposits have remained unaffected. The arrangement under which the company bears any losses to users’ funds, rather than passing them on, remains unchanged, as do its existing commitments to replenish approximately 95% and maintain full backing for the top ten major coins.

A check of the fund network interfaces at around 19:00 confirmed that the above withdrawal options were enabled. Some networks, including Solana, are still in the queue; refer to the real-time status on the withdrawal page. Occasional delays during the initial restoration period, when traffic is high, are normal. If a withdrawal fails, try again later.
