The FBI announced: North Korea was behind the theft of more than $6 billion from Binance 😳

The incident happened around October 29, and the FBI calls this activity “TraderTraitor” 🕵️

Where did the money go?

🔸 The attackers converted most of the stolen assets into ETH

🔸 The next step is predictable: laundering them through DeFi and instant-swap services

The FBI, along with the USSS and IRS-CI, asked platforms, THORNode and RPC operators, blockchain analysts, and DeFi companies to block any transactions linked to the addresses they published 🚫

So the real battle now isn’t about hacking; it’s about tracking the money and closing every possible exit route 👀

Question for discussion 👇

Will platforms and protocols actually comply with the ban? Or will they find a loophole and keep laundering?
