Binance withdrawals have resumed, but not all assets and networks are available

The key point of this update is not that withdrawals have fully resumed, but that some channels have reopened: BTC on the BTC network; ETH, USDT, and USDC on the Ethereum network; BNB, USDT, and USDC on the BSC network; XRP on the XRP network; and ETH and USDC on the Base network. More assets and networks will resume in phases.

The easiest mistake to make is assuming that assets with the same name are interchangeable. The availability of ETH, USDT, and USDC may differ across Ethereum, BSC, and Base, and the network for the receiving address must match the sending network. A resumption announcement does not mean that your intended network has resumed, and it should not be treated as a market signal.

Before making a withdrawal, go directly to Binance’s withdrawal page and check the target asset, target network, fees, minimum amount, and current availability. Then confirm that the receiving address uses the same network. If your target network is not on the list, refer to your account page and future official updates; do not act based solely on third-party summaries.
