🚨 Breaking | Binance announces when withdrawals will reopen and raises hack-loss coverage to 95%! 🔥
Binance announced that it is ready to gradually resume withdrawals today, November 1, 2026, between 8 and 11 a.m. Egypt time (6–9 a.m. UTC).
🔥 Key points from the statement:
✅ Coverage of affected assets has increased from 90% to 95% using company resources.
✅ Balances for 10 currencies are fully covered at 100%, including BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, and XRP.
✅ Withdrawals will resume in phases, with networks and currencies added gradually after passing security checks.
✅ Deposit services continue without disruption.
✅ The remaining 5% relates to less liquid currencies, and Binance is working to provide them.
🛡️ Binance reiterates: the company will fully absorb the losses from the hack, and users will not bear these losses.
📊 This is an important step in efforts to restore confidence, but the real test will be the stability of withdrawal operations and the platform’s ability to fully restore its services.
