Knowledge Notes | One-Way and Hedge Mode
① In Binance USDⓈ-M contracts, the position mode applies to all USDⓈ-M trading pairs. You cannot switch modes while you have open positions or pending orders.
② In One-Way Mode, if the amount you sell exceeds your current long position, the excess will become a short position (unless “Reduce Only” is enabled).
③ In Hedge Mode, to close a long position, tap “Close Long.” If you accidentally tap “Open Short,” you’ll open a new short position, while your original long position remains open.
