A newly published article on our official account, “The Hard Part of Transforming with AI Isn’t the Model, It’s Explaining the Business Clearly,” makes the same point: the bottleneck is rarely the model itself.

According to an iResearch report dated July 31, 2026, AI applications at Chinese companies are still largely limited to exploration and experimentation or enabling specific areas, and real-world implementation hasn’t reached expectations. Ampcome’s statistics from April 21, 2026, show that around 54% of companies have already integrated AI Agents into core business operations, though most are still in the early stages of scaling across departments. The barrier to integration has fallen; the challenge of keeping things running reliably hasn’t.

The missing step is explaining the business clearly: who places the order, how the charges are calculated, where the bottlenecks are, and who takes responsibility when something goes wrong. Take the same gross margin: the business team calculates it excluding shipping, while finance includes tax. Both figures are correct, but the meeting can’t move forward. Rules need to be written by people, versioned, and frozen, with every figure traceable to its source. The same goes for permissions: by default, AI drafts and the person concerned confirms.

The above is from an article on our company’s official account. #AI
