Binance: We’re restoring users’ trust in phases 😂

After reading Binance’s announcement about restoring services following the security incident, my biggest takeaway was:

Apparently, assets can be restored in phases, and so can trust.

BTC, ETH, BSC, TRX, SOL… one network after another, lined up for restoration, as if they were joining a blockchain version of the Lunar New Year travel rush.

The official statement says they’ll conduct rigorous security checks, infrastructure verification, and risk assessments.

That’s good, because:

It’s okay if the money takes a little longer to come back. Security can’t afford another failure.

But I do have one small question:

If withdrawal services can be restored in phases, when will users’ peace of mind be restored?

I suggest Binance add a few networks to its next announcement:

* TRUST: User Trust Network
* ANXIETY: User Anxiety Network
* PATIENCE: User Patience Network
* COMPENSATION: User Compensation Network

All of the above networks are currently under maintenance. Restoration timeline TBD. 😂

Just kidding.

An exchange’s most important asset has never been just its funds—it’s also the trust of its users.

I hope this restoration brings back not only withdrawal functionality, but also everyone’s confidence in the platform’s security.

After this security incident, what do you think Binance should prioritize most?

A. Restore all users’ assets as soon as possible
B. Further strengthen platform security and risk controls
C. Increase transparency around the incident and regularly publish restoration updates
D. Provide reasonable compensation to affected users
