Binance Recovery Update #4 (November 1): The first phase of withdrawals opens today from 14:00–17:00 Beijing time (UTC 06:00–09:00)~ The first batch of networks/assets will be rolled out gradually: BTC, ETH, BNB, TRX, SOL, XRP, ZEC, DOGE, TON, POL, AVAX, ARB, BASE, OP, SUI, and so on. Check the withdrawal page/network status page for the latest details. Deposits have remained open the whole time.
Reserves have also been bumped up another notch: from roughly 90% to roughly 95%—the top ten (BTC/ETH/USDT/BNB/SOL/USDC/XRP/USD1/RLUSD/ZEC) are still reportedly fully covered at 100%; the remaining roughly 5% is in less liquid small-cap coins, which they’re still sourcing on the market/OTC~ The company continues to say that users won’t bear the losses.
