Do unrealized gains shown on the page count as actual profits?
Definition: For a long position, unrealized P&L equals (mark price − entry price) × position size. For a short position, it equals (entry price − mark price) × position size.
Why it works this way: In cross-margin mode, unrealized profits are added to your margin balance to help absorb volatility in other positions. If the market gives back its gains, this buffer shrinks too.
