Are withdrawals open yet? Don’t trust DMs from “Customer Support” offering to help you withdraw.
Data as of 2026-11-01 (Asia/Taipei). Binance’s latest official post is still Recovery Update #3 (10-31): about 90% of the asset replenishment is complete, and the top ten assets are said to be 100% backed. Binance is aiming to resume withdrawals today and will provide an update once the details are confirmed. When I checked, I hadn’t seen a follow-up announcement officially confirming that withdrawals had resumed.
The hot topics on Binance Square are the SAFU transfer (Binance says about 7,499 BTC has been transferred) and the withdrawal window. The hotter the topic, the more scammers you’ll see.
Three things to check:
1) Use only Binance Support or the official app. Don’t click unfamiliar links.
2) Never share your seed phrase or verification code, and don’t transfer funds to “verify your account.”
3) Check the latest announcement for the phased withdrawal schedule. Screenshots don’t count.
