Ethereum is currently around 2,265, hovering near short-term resistance. The 2,285–2,320 area overhead is resistance for a short-term rebound. I wouldn’t chase a short in the middle of the range.
I’d rather wait for it to rise to that resistance zone before shorting:
Entry zone: 2,285–2,320
Stop-loss: 2,420 (with a buffer beyond the structure)
Take profit 1: 2,235
Take profit 2: 2,175
Take profit 3: 2,100
At the first take-profit level, close half the position and move the stop-loss to breakeven. If price doesn’t rise to the entry zone, keep waiting. If the daily candle closes above 2,420, I won’t take the short.
Stay calm while waiting outside the city. Do you think Ethereum will first surge to 2,320 and then fall, or go straight back down to test 2,235?
