Glassnode data shows that U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs have seen net outflows for 23 consecutive trading days, the longest streak since their launch. There have been no net inflows for a full 23 trading days, and the withdrawal of off-exchange capital continues. Institutional buying has weakened noticeably, and ETH’s market outlook remains clearly bearish until capital starts flowing back in.
