Just a quick thought: $RSR has been seesawing between bulls and bears around 0.0015 for quite a while.
It did break below that level just now, but was quickly pushed back above 0.0015. I usually wouldn’t rush to draw conclusions at a level like this; I’d wait to see whether it can close back above it—it's not uncommon for the price to dip and then recover.
