*Security Incident | Update No. 3: 90% of stolen assets recovered; data snapshot provided to prove reserves* In our previous update, we explained that Binance had allocated more than $6.34 billion in company funds to cover losses resulting from the hack, and that we had then covered nearly 80% of the value of the affected assets. The coverage rate has now increased to 90%. The assets of BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC are now fully covered at 100%. We will continue buying the remaining affected assets through market channels and over-the-counter (OTC) trading until all currencies are fully covered at 100%. Binance will bear the financial impact of these stolen funds, and our users will not bear any part of it.
