✅ Proof of Reserves snapshot taken today, 31/10, at 00h UTC
✅ Withdrawals enabled TOMORROW, Sunday 01/11
✅ SAFU fund will be replenished to US$ 1 billion
The remaining 10% consists of low-liquidity tokens that are still being repurchased via OTC. Binance promised: "We will absorb the impact, not the users."
