Binance says it has now reimbursed 90% of the assets affected by the security incident, using company funds, part of the SAFU fund, and surplus funds from futures insurance funds. It says that major assets such as BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC are now fully covered at a 1:1 ratio.

The remaining 10% relates to less liquid tokens, which Binance says it continues to buy on the market and through off-exchange transactions. Binance has also taken a new proof-of-reserves snapshot dated October 31, 2026, with full verification expected to be completed around November 3. It also says it still aims to reopen withdrawals on November 1, 2026.#YiHe:ProofOfReserves:10TokensAt100%Backing #BackedNotBroken:RichardTengSaysUsersBearNoLoss #CZSaysCompensationIsinPlaceUsersAreProtected #IntelHasItsWorstDaySince1974
