Japanese publicly listed company Iole has made a major decision to sell its entire Bitcoin holding of 151.21 coins. The move is expected to result in a financial loss of around 254 million yen.

According to a report by Odaily, the sale will take place gradually on cryptocurrency exchanges. The digital asset liquidation is scheduled to run from October 30 through the end of November.

The proceeds from the Bitcoin sale will not be allocated to other crypto assets. Iole emphasized that its main focus is using these fresh funds to finance the development of AI (Artificial Intelligence) data centers, expand AI-based computing services, and support the operations of its Neo Cloud business.

Although it is selling its Bitcoin, the company still has plans in the digital asset sector. Iole stated its commitment to continue holding Hyperliquid (HYPE) tokens, which it plans to start accumulating in July 2026.
