Deep Tide TechFlow News, Oct. 31 — According to an official announcement from Origin Protocol, Origin has restored on-chain liquidity for OGN. Previously, after discovering that the attacker held OGN, the team withdrew liquidity on Ethereum and Base to limit the attacker’s ability to sell OGN on-chain.
Origin said that during the period of insufficient liquidity, the attacker sold OGN at an average price about 79% below the reference market price. Prices in the affected liquidity pools have since largely stabilized, and the team will continue to monitor the situation.
