Scammers are common in society, so I think it’s perfectly normal to find them on Square.
What completely shattered my worldview was how brazenly they were scamming people.
After several scammers who came over yesterday to mooch off my traffic got their accounts banned, a few scam networks started wildly making things up.
First, a few groups from these scam networks came to my comments and inexplicably posted negative comments to mooch off my traffic. I ignored them. I’ve been running this account for a long time, and I’m used to people getting jealous when I make money from successful trades.
What I didn’t expect was that after one account from the scam network commented, it opened several more accounts to come and comment. I was puzzled—they’d only been following me for 3 minutes, so why would they say that? I clicked through and discovered that all the accounts belonged to the same person. Looking further, I found it was a network that had been squatting on Square since 2024, impersonating major creators and rewriting original articles.
Then Binance identified several of these accounts as spam, and their comments were collapsed. The scammers actually seemed pleased with themselves, as if they’d “successfully exposed a fraud.” I was worried this might turn into a traffic-generating spectacle, so they started posting smear articles like crazy.
Put simply, if you’re a scammer, then just keep your head down and be one. Everyone knows you’re short on money; nobody’s giving you a hard time. But you scam people, come over here and smear me, accusing me of being a fraud too. I ignored you, and you still smugly kept posting articles to smear and insult me 😅 Put simply, aren’t you just asking for trouble?
After I posted proof that they were a scam network, I went live that evening. More than a dozen accounts from that network entered the livestream and started trying to cause trouble 😅 I followed the network of accounts right there in the livestream and tracked down the scam network.
After the livestream, the person in charge of Square told me that those two accounts had been investigated and banned.
Several other scam accounts blocked me outright. Another one joined my group and begged me to teach him. I took a look and saw he was part of the scam network, claiming a 90% win rate and 8 years of hands-on experience.
I never imagined someone would deliberately join the group just to stir things up 😅 Then came another round of inexplicable abuse.
Then they got even more brazen. This network also started publishing smear pieces about me every 5 minutes, constantly tagging me, and even rallied other networks to make things up, portraying themselves as righteous and claiming that the chief was bullying them. They just kept posting.
This morning, a victim found me through one of the articles and provided details of how they were scammed, along with screenshots.
Scamming people isn’t surprising; brazenly scamming them is something I’ve never seen before. They even blame Square for not defending their scams. Honestly, I don’t know why they’re still being allowed to stay.@币安广场
