Deep Tide TechFlow News, October 31: According to ICE’s latest official post, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, has once again announced its partnership with Trade[XYZ], stating that the two parties plan to bring Hyperliquid-based perpetual futures to the United States, subject to regulatory approval.

ICE said the new platform will operate independently of its institutional futures business and target retail traders, with plans to offer round-the-clock trading in crypto assets, stocks, indices, commodities, and foreign exchange. Users will access the platform through U.S.-regulated futures commission merchants that conduct KYC and anti-money laundering checks, including the joint venture between ICE and OKX. The two parties will also apply for regulatory licenses to support leveraged trading.
