Chainlink has officially launched 24/7 pricing on Link:NYC: tokenized assets such as stocks and commodities can now get continuous prices, including on weekends and holidays. The first integration is Aave’s institutional lending desk, Horizon, initially covering highly liquid U.S. stocks used as collateral. Aave’s official figure puts its total value locked at around $34 billion. CoinGecko spot LINK is around $11.46 (snapshot at approximately 18:02 Beijing time).

Weekend after-hours prices are synthetic quotes derived from several perpetual markets, not spot trades on exchanges that are closed. Critics will point out that a reference price may support risk-management models, but it doesn’t mean you can actually sell the underlying stock at that price.

Watch what happens next week: will Horizon publish verifiable weekend collateral valuations or liquidation cases? If it takes too long to produce evidence of live usage, treat this as a launch-day spike—not proof that tokenized U.S. stock lending is already running around the clock.
