just shared a story about their Thai partner, Gulf Binance (the company operating Binance Thailand):
In 2023, after #Binance was fined around $4 billion, Gulf asked: “Do you need us to provide cash (liquidity)?”
- Binance didn’t need it at the time, but CZ was very appreciative.
Yesterday, 30/10, when Binance faced a major security incident and lost around $6–6.3 billion, Gulf said again:
- “We know you can handle things yourselves, but we’re ready to help if you need us.”
CZ’s post thanked the Thai partner for proactively checking in and being ready to help Binance through both major difficult times.
A strong partner is one who shows up when times are tough.
