【Daily Macro Lesson】10/31
Why does the price always bounce back after you get stopped out?

It’s not bad luck—your stop-loss is in the wrong place.

Common mistakes:
Placing your stop-loss at a round number (like $84,000)
Placing your stop-loss right on a support/resistance line

Why is that a mistake?
Because the big players know where most people place their stop-losses.
They push the price into the stop zone to sweep you out, then pull it back up.
This is called “stop hunting.”

The right approach:
Place your stop-loss at the “structural invalidation level,” not at a round number.
Structural invalidation = if the price reaches this point, my reasoning no longer holds.

Exit when your reasoning is invalidated, not just because the price touched a certain number.
