A lot of people in the community are blaming the black swan or whatever for getting blown up and losing money. But have you ever considered that this was just a normal downturn, and you simply bet in the wrong direction or got greedy and didn't take profits?
I've been holding my short position for a month. Did I know a month ago that Binance would get hacked? It was just using the news as an excuse to drive the market down.
At the end of the day, it's still your own problem, so don't blame the hack or whatever.
A real black swan would have to be something like 1011, when altcoins dropped 90%. How is this a black swan?
Besides, 1011 happened after Bitcoin had reached a major top and then plunged with a long wick. You could say the drop was inevitable.
So whatever happens, think more about your own mistakes, read a few more books, and study historical price movements. Don't blame everything on black swans or the news. #BTC $BTC
