Everyone, $PENGU has popped up again today.
At first, I thought I was seeing things. I checked twice before I believed it.
The current price of 0.007517 is stuck in the middle of its 20-day range of 0.00659 to 0.008396, at the 51.27th percentile—not up or down, just hanging halfway up the mountain. It swung 13.886% in 24 hours, and there’s barely any life left in it.
It’s down 1.571% over seven days, but the funding rate is still at 0.005%. The bulls haven’t called it quits.
It’s like a market with only two vegetable stalls: whoever’s closest to the pot gets served first. What’s scarce isn’t the coin itself, but buyers willing to take it off your hands.
Trading volume is substantial, though: about 79.1 million USDT traded in 24 hours, with fourteen bullish candles supporting the market. The crowd hasn’t dispersed yet. $BTC is grinding below 80,000, and $ETH is moving sideways too. The broader market hasn’t picked a direction.
Buyers’ support is like the tide going out: prices rise at a crawl, but fall in a flash. This is an awkward spot to be in. Chasing it now could leave you hanging in midair, only to get shaken out. My approach is to pay less attention and wait for it to drop in percentile before reassessing.
What do you all think of this rotation? Let’s discuss in the comments.
