Developers have submitted a draft Ethereum Improvement Proposal that would let externally owned accounts (EOAs) permanently disable EIP-7702 delegation while retaining their addresses and ability to make standard transactions.

According to ChainCatcher, the operation would be irreversible. The draft has not been merged and has not received an EIP number.
