On-chain data shows that, in response to the recent abnormal movement of ALLO assets on Binance, the Allora team activated a preset emergency protection module at the smart contract level. According to a status update posted by the network on X on October 31, the Allora protocol and ALLO contracts are operating normally, and token balances held outside Binance have not changed abnormally.
The ALLO assets that triggered the contract’s circuit breaker were originally held on Binance and were transferred during the incident in which the exchange was compromised. The team confirmed that, after the embedded protection protocol was activated, the tokens became non-transferable, preventing the attacker’s address from selling them or moving them elsewhere. The locked ALLO tokens are currently being returned to their original Binance accounts, with the protocol’s total supply remaining unchanged.
