I've been thinking about how much of crypto's direction is actually determined outside the crypto market. Take this week, for example. The Federal Reserve maintained its interest rate at 3.75%–4% on October 28, but the 10–2 voting split was interesting. Two policymakers preferred a 25-basis-point increase, suggesting that concerns about inflation haven't disappeared. For Bitcoin, this matters because interest-rate expectations influence the dollar, Treasury yields and liquidity available for risk assets. Altcoins can be even more sensitive when investors become cautious. Then there's November 3. The U.S. midterm elections could change congressional control and influence the direction of crypto legislation, stablecoin policy and regulatory oversight. I've noticed BingX TradFi gives traders another way to follow developments across traditional financial markets while keeping an eye on crypto. The Fed influences the liquidity environment, while Congress can influence the regulatory environment. Neither automatically determines whether $BTC goes up or down. Which risk do you think the market is underestimating right now: tighter monetary policy or political uncertainty? #BTC Price Analysis# #Bitcoin Price Prediction: What is Bitcoins next move?#
