Today, specifically on October 30, there was a sharp drop due to the sale of a huge amount of PEPE linked to the Binance hack. But after the sale ended, some very large purchases appeared:

A whale bought around 297.9 billion PEPE for about 2.61 million USDC during the dip. About 5 hours later, the trade was up by around $270,000.

A well-known PEPE trader also bought 45.08 billion PEPE for around $206,500 after the hacker's sale ended.

And two whales opened long positions on PEPE worth a total of around $3.09 million on Hyperliquid after the drop.

Notably, PEPE rebounded by around 12% from its low, according to on-chain activity tracking.

🔥 Does this mean the “army” has started pumping the coin?

The current signal is positive, but I wouldn’t say a rally is guaranteed.

Here’s the scenario I see now:

The hacker sold → the price collapsed → whales bought the dip → PEPE rebounded → buyers are trying to absorb the selling pressure.

And this is stronger than mere social media chatter, because we’re seeing real money flow into PEPE.

There’s also growing interest in the coin; on October 28, PEPE’s share of social media discussions reached its highest level since April, coinciding with a price increase of more than 15% over the week.

As for your small PEPE position, I personally wouldn’t chase the rally right now. It’s better to watch whether whale buying continues and whether the price can reclaim the $0.0000050–$0.0000052 area and hold above it.#PEPE‏ #Binance
