$BTC Should you HOLD over Weekend? 🤔
Weekend = Low Volume + High Volatility. This is what happens every Friday:
1. Institutions close positions on Friday evening - volume drops -62% on Sat/Sun.
2. Thin liquidity = big wicks. Even small orders can move $BTC 3-5%.
3. Sunday evening often brings reversal when futures open.
My Strategy:
- If you are in profit on $BTC or $ETH - take 50% profit before Friday close
- Keep stop loss tight - don't leave futures open without SL
- Weekend is good for spot holding, risky for leverage
I am holding 50% spot, 50% USDT for dip buying.
