“Customer service” suddenly contacts you. How can you tell if it’s real?
Customer service representatives from legitimate platforms will never ask for your password, verification code, or seed phrase, nor will they ask you to transfer your assets to a so-called “secure account.”
Anyone claiming they can help recover funds you’ve been scammed out of but asking for an upfront fee is often running a scam too.
When managing your funds, remember this above all: if someone claims to be an official Binance representative, you can verify their email address or account through Binance’s official verification channels.
