Keystone has suspended all shipments and isolated affected devices at every warehouse it uses, including Amazon warehouses. According to Foresight News, the hardware wallet provider said it emailed all affected users from support@keyst.one and cautioned that incident-related emails will come only from that address. Keystone said it will never ask users for their seed phrases by email, direct message or phone. The company also shortened its logistics data retention period from 180 days to 90 days; users can contact customer support after receiving an order to request immediate data deletion. Keystone said it plans to announce further measures in the coming days.
