Today, $KORU closed at 10.76, down 14.399% over 24 hours.
Over seven days, it’s still up +2.18%, while $BTC fell 4.5816% over the same period.
Along the way, it first reached a closing high of 13.01, then plunged straight back to a low of 10.63, down -16.98% from the high.
At first glance, I thought I’d read it wrong. I checked twice before believing it.
This price action is like taking the elevator up and the stairs down: it takes its time going up, then comes down in one go.
Looking at the 20-day range, from 9.59 to 18.33, the current price is only at the 13.39th percentile.
It’s -41.3% from the upper bound, and $ETH also fell 3.78% today.
A low price doesn’t mean it’s safe.
This asset had $1.088 billion in 24-hour trading volume across 1540160 trades. That’s real selling pressure, not just a quick wick sweep.
The average trade was $706. Small orders are heading for the exits.
Others in the same group were down too: SNDK fell 11.73%, MVLL fell 15.07%. Tokenized stocks are all going down together.
Leveraged stock tokens are already thinly traded. When the index moves one point, the token’s move is amplified threefold, making positions especially shaky at times like this.
The funding rate has fallen from 0.0379% to zero. The premium longs were willing to pay is gone—that’s where the disagreement lies.
For now, I’m paying less attention and will wait to see if it can reclaim 10.63.
What do you all think? Let’s discuss in the comments.
