I used to think that when TVL fell, the token price would move in the same direction. Later, I realized that’s not necessarily the case: a single large withdrawal can make TVL swing dramatically, and what’s locked up isn’t necessarily the protocol’s own token.
Now I treat it only as a reference point and look at the trend over several consecutive days. What do you think?
