$BNB If things keep developing like this, centralized exchanges feel unsafe.

What's there to panic about? I just quietly bought a little $BNB :
1. The incident is basically behind us: the cause has been uncovered. An operations engineer's laptop was attacked, which led to authorization of the EIP-7702 protocol and the theft. The vulnerability has been fixed.
2. Binance can afford to cover the losses: 6.3 billion was stolen this time, of which 3 billion has already been frozen and will most likely be recovered. Binance's net profit in 2021 averaged 1.06 billion per month; after five years of growth, it's surely making even more now, so it can afford to cover the 3.3 billion loss.
3. The key point is that users won't leave either: that's the amazing part. When other exchanges get hacked, funds flow to the number one and number two exchanges. Now that Binance has had an incident, where else can everyone move their funds?
