SNDK plunged $123 in one go. If you keep holding on, you really might not be able to take it anymore!

The scariest thing about stock trading isn’t getting the direction wrong—it’s refusing to admit defeat even when you’re clearly losing, and ending up losing your entire principal!

News: Q1 revenue came in at $11 billion, beating expectations, and the company is also planning an 8-for-1 stock split. But this is already public knowledge! The price chart shows the stock at 1294, with it trying to form a bottom after hours. That suggests strong support at 1280, and major players may be using the good news to “shake out” investors.

Liquidation chart: Longs with an average cost of 1389 are getting crushed, while shorts at 1341 are making a killing!

The liquidation map shows a “minefield” of long liquidations all the way from 1350 to 1400 above. Short covering on a rebound could provide momentum for longs to break even; but if the price falls below 1280, all the longs below will be wiped out!

Dasheng’s three strategies for getting out of a losing position:

1. Reduce your position on a rebound: If the price bounces back to the 1340–1350 moving-average resistance zone, cut your position in half first and keep some powder dry.

2. Lower your cost through swing trading: Trade in and out within the 1280–1300 range, selling high and buying low to bring down your average cost. Don’t just hold on blindly.

3. Hedge to protect yourself: Open an equal-sized short position to hedge and lock in your risk. Close it once the direction becomes clear. #美国中期选举倒计时,美股博弈窗口已开启?
