Transaction Notes | Blockchain Explorer
① Every on-chain transaction has a unique transaction hash (TxID). Ethereum transaction hashes start with 0x followed by 64 hexadecimal characters.
② The confirmation count generally indicates how many blocks have been added to the chain after a transaction was included in a block. The higher the confirmation count, the less likely the transaction is to be rolled back.
③ If a deposit hasn’t arrived, you can first use the transaction hash to check its status and confirmation count, then decide whether to contact customer support.

Just my personal opinion—don’t take it too seriously.
