Lost by breaking my stop-loss rule

Setting a stop-loss is easy; sticking to it is the hard part.

I used to move my stop-loss farther away, hoping the price would turn around. But the market isn’t obligated to do what I want.

Now I understand that a plan only matters if I actually stick to it.
