【ZEC briefly surges over 8%; don’t rush to call this rebound a reversal】
ZEC surged along with the broader market, briefly gaining over 8% in the short term. But it is still down 9% over the past 30 days, and trading volume has spiked abnormally again. The price is holding above 1165, with the first resistance near 1420.
I’m more concerned with three on-chain indicators: whether whales are consistently accumulating, whether net exchange flows are outflows or inflows, and whether active addresses are increasing in tandem. Substituting price movements for on-chain data is meaningless. What we can confirm for now is that the Fear Index has fallen to 30 while ZEC has stopped declining and rebounded—a positive divergence. But divergence only indicates buying support; it doesn’t prove that major players have finished building positions.
The business side also needs to be assessed in practical terms. CoinShares’ Zcash ETP was suspended before launch due to operational settlement requirements, primarily affecting European institutional funds, product distribution channels, and compliance operators. This shows that the technology narrative is moving fast, but the infrastructure hasn’t caught up. For ZEC itself, we can’t yet interpret the settlement issue as a direct deterioration in fundamentals.
There are two things to watch for medium-term signals: if 1165 holds alongside net outflows from exchanges, that would suggest tokens are leaving trading platforms; only a simultaneous increase in active addresses and whale holdings would indicate genuine expansion. If the price merely surges toward 1420 on high volume while on-chain addresses remain unchanged, it looks more like capital rotation.
On-chain data doesn’t lie. What do you think? Is there real money stepping in this time, or is the market just catching its breath on the back of the broader market? #ZEC #加密分析 #SP #MarketInsights
