The audio is authentic (Daniel Vorcaro’s real voice, with no signs of editing or a deepfake), but the claims it contains remain unproven.

What is known about the audio’s authenticity?

Attorney Daniel Bialski publicly confirmed that the voice is his client’s (“It really is his voice”). Vorcaro’s sister, Natália, also confirmed this to Veja.

Veja commissioned an analysis by expert Leocadio Casanova. The report concluded that the tests were consistent with Vorcaro’s voice and that the files analyzed showed no signs of splicing, cutting, insertion, synthesis, or AI manipulation.
