#Strategy旗下STRC165天来首次升至99.95美元 Counterintuitive perspective—“BTC is bleeding, but STRC is recovering”

Today, the Square is full of panic posts about unusual Binance fund movements, BTC falling below 78,000, and more than 240,000 liquidations in 24 hours. But one corner of the market is moving in the opposite direction: Strategy’s perpetual preferred stock, STRC, has climbed back to $99.95 for the first time in 165 days, just 5 cents shy of its $100 par value.

This isn’t the first time STRC has “decoupled” from BTC. When BTC fell below 60,000 in June, STRC was briefly knocked down to $76.20, and the market was flooded with “the next LUNA” posts. Four months later, BTC is still struggling around 78,000, but STRC has already climbed back to par.

The divergence itself is information: STRC’s price is anchored not to BTC spot prices, but to Strategy’s financing credibility and ability to cover its dividends. While the market is pricing everything based on fear, preferred stock investors are voting with their feet, signaling that Strategy’s capital structure may not be as fragile as people think.

Of course, this doesn’t mean BTC will rise along with it. But it does show at least one thing: in this market, fear and recovery can happen at the same time. Look at STRC’s chart and BTC’s chart, and you’re looking at two different worlds.
